Well, I’ve got to say, smack me with a wet noodle and call it a day, Keith Urban sure did the kangaroo hop right into our hearts with this album! Y’all remember back when vinyl was a thing and not just a hipster decor in your Craigslist-found apartment? Yeah, this boy right here spruced up that good ol’ Nashville sound with a kick. He outback’d the Outback, he cowboy’d the cowboy! Ain’t no one can combine the charm of a southern sunset with the rugged Australian terrain quite like him. And don’t he just sparkle when he strums that guitar? Mm-hmm, keep sippin’ that sweet tea, honey, and watch this crocodile-dundeeling cowboy take on the world.
