Boot-Scootin’ Boogie into the New Year

The Southern Belle’s Hot Take

Well butter my biscuits and call me Sally– what a line-up! This shindig’s gonna be hotter than a billy goat in a pepper patch! While I’m as country as a biscuit, it’s fancied up my feathers to see all these pop and rock stars joining in our good ol’ country New Year’s Eve jamboree! And bless my boots, that Morgan Wallen is back camera-side again! Controversy or not, that boy can sing like the dickens. Maybe this will be a good redemption song for him– or get us all talking at the very least. I’m just glad to see these country boys and girls acting like the family they are, and sharing the stage with a little somethin’ for everybody this New Year’s Eve. Y’all get your jugs ready for some apple cider and tune into CBS for a fine ol’ time. Let’s boogie out of 2021 and into 2022 with a holler and a hoot!
